I work on the road in sales this shop is very accommodating to my food needs whether it be a salad or quick pizza.. always fresh and good food. The staff is always personal and polite.

Best roast beef 3-way on the north shore.

Grear little pizza place. Stop after the strawberry festival. They have a good size menu (more than just pizza). We had sandwiches and you get a lot for your money. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Super Roast beef was delicious and the staff was nice. A bunch of us ordered back to back (5 people in 5 minutes) and they handled it with no problem

Friendliest staff you'll ever meet, everytime I walk in this one guy in the back always says hello with the biggest smile on his face. Service is quick, easy, and smooth something I prefer in the food industry. Food is always exceptional no matter what you buy, consistentcy is key and they have acquired it nicely. Highly recommended to everyone!

Terrific beef

Been going to Alex's for years for the best meat ball subs, tuna subs, crabmeat subs, but just tried their Alex's Calzone. Can't order anything else.

They have a sign up that meat is higher so they are putting a surcharge on all items with meat. So despite what the online menu said... my small steak sub was $13.00. I will not return. Update your online prices.

The food great! The service was racists. My friends and I ordered our food to dine in ,we sat at a back table and waited for the host to bring our food to the table. Instead she called us up to the counter and said it’s ready. Ok no big deal right? But about 3 other customers came in two dined in also but when there food was ready she just brought it right out to them each time. Food was great Service was Racist

I live in Topsfield, not many choices. I have gone here many times and it's very hit or miss food wise. Often your order isn't processed properly for instance ordering onions and there's no onions on the jr beef etc. Food is average but owner completely mishandled issue w/take out order of my roast beef sandwich was on the bottom of bag w/onion rings and items on top completely flattening sandwich! I called to express my dismay of why this clearly doesn't make sense as if to put eggs on the bottom of the groceries and all he could do was say, "That's how we always do it!" Talked over me, didn't listen, and was pretty ignorant to the concern. Their food isn't anything special and w/service as such why would I bother? Going back across the street.

The place was so freaking disgusting! Saw a employee picking/playing his nose and 1 minute later bringing my food! And the other time I been thier I got sick real bad! Never going back BE CAREFUL

Great roast beef, pizza, and subs

The food is good. I'm not a big fan of their sauce.

I have been working in the area for several years and was bored with the "usual spots". Drove by Alex's and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. As a previous sub shop owner, I know the quality of product in the food served there, and I am very happy with the freshness and flavor. My co-workers are now hooked and I even pick up dinner on my home every Thursday. I highly recommend the chicken Caesar salad or the Caesar salad and steak tips. If you haven't stopped in yet, Alex's is definitely worth the trip.

I love Alex's because they have a variety of food. Their seafood and subs are great. and I just tried the Shrimp alfredo... Nice big shrimp! The steak and cheese calzone is my favorite tho.

What a great place! Moved here from NY a few months ago and. Boy did I miss my NY pizza. Than I found Alex’s roast beef. I feel like I’m back home great pizza roast beef mozzarella sticks etc and they have fresh seafood! TRY THE MARGARITA PIZZA!
